The Whispers begin in June 2019 and you might want to make a note of that because this novel is very very good indeed.
The Whisper Man has it all, extremely beautiful writing, exquisite plotting, a wonderful sense of place and a sinister undertone that may well keep you up at night.
You’ve probably seen a lot of hype surrounding this one, it was one of the hottest and most sought after proofs at Theakstons Old Peculiar Crime writing festival this year and for good reason. Turns out the hype is pretty much right on the money.
Darkly delicious. That ending will haunt my dreams.
