But with distractions aplenty – such as, why do all her past lovers think now is a good time to make a reappearance? And, she may be wrong, but is Oli keeping something from her? – will they be able to relight the fire in the bedroom?
Relight My Fire is not my usual sort of read but I fancied something a bit lighter and I really enjoyed this – fast, funny, sexy and with some great characters.
Highly entertaining with some domestic twists and turns, Oli and Phoebe are an engaging couple trying to relight the flames of their passion, it having been dampened by work and children, an age old story. In this case though the therapy they choose is rather unusual and oh my gosh this made me laugh out loud many times.
It is a fast, hilarious and thoughtful novel, that digs you deep into this couple’s own peculiar sort of domestic bliss and is the perfect escapism – recommended.
